Let Him Not Go Insane

I recently dove into Kanye West's (I refuse to call him Ye) downward spiral into cultural infamy; from his Twitter antics, to his "too big to fail" name being dropped by Adidas, to his time on the Lex Fridman podcast, and his masked appearance on Alex Jones' Info Wars program (that's a match made in Heaven/Hell), and I can't help to be perplexed by the man or character that West is/is playing.

I usually wait a few days until a story is mostly unraveled to understand what the hell went wrong to jump on the controversial band wagon. In the case of Kanye West and his abhorrent actions on radio waves, there's plenty more to this story that'll appear in the next few days.

I can't tell if that the man might be in his right mind with no abnormalities showing up in a FMRI brain scan, believing every word he says or if he needs to be institutionalized.

His brash and audacious nature has been documented over the years and I can't take away the fact that the man has done well for himself or played his role in making hip-hop/rap mainstream. He seemed to be fine during his early years.

To say that he's a complete fucking idiot, would underestimate his ability to amass a following of fans through his music and fashion work. He is an avid practitioner of human psychology, and he comes off as intelligent to many people. I don't care for his clothing but loads of people like it.

He talks a lot, and he might be crazy, but aren't we all, right?

What should be highlighted though is that he's unfortunately become a mouthpiece for the conspiracy nuts. He's sort of becoming dangerous. He shared a platform with a white supremacist (Nick Fuentes) to share some dicey rants with Info Wars listeners.

At this point, Kanye's going down swinging for his outspoken admiration for one of the worst political regimes and dictators in human history and his hatred for "Jewish-Controlled" media outlets. This is beyond shock value, he's either checked out mentally or speaking from the heart. Even his most hardened supporters should feel uneasy from what he's been spitting out.

Now, not to back up his words or sympathize with him, but media control by a powerful group or regime isn't too far nutty on the conspiracy scale (It's been done in countries ruled by dictatorships like North Korea, Mao's Communist China, or the Soviet Union during the Cold War), but Kanye's hostility towards Jewish people and their so-called control of world news, is just ridiculous.

It doesn't help that he preaches his admiration for Christianity and speaks about going to church one minute, then revering the "good" Nazis in another.

When you put yourself out there for some wonky Christian beliefs, you'll be made fun of by atheists and agnostics.

When you proclaim your love for Jesus Christ, but then declare your love for Hitler, then claim that Hitler had redeeming qualities. and then you top off your crazy rant by saying that Hitler killing millions of Jewish, Gypsy, and Russian people isn't "factually correct", you'll piss just about everyone, and you might be far gone.

Do all this blabbing while wearing a mask (West was covered in a full coverage mask on Info Wars), and you might be beyond fucking far gone.

As someone who has seen and read so many videos and books on mental breakdowns, behavioral disorders, body language, and the signs to look out for when someone is in dire need of professional help, I feel horrible watching him making a fool of himself and watching his mental state deteriorate on screen.

He Needs Helps

When Alex Jones is giving you the signs to tone your rants down (this is a man who rants about DMT, Aliens, Sandy Hook, the global elites, and much more), you might need to get some help.

I don't know how people can stand to see this man tear himself down by appearing to be shocking. Whether you hate him or you love him, you must see that there is something wrong with Kanye acting this way. I know these rants make for entertaining memes. I know this shit is funny. But it's also simple to forget the man might be suffering.

Some people say it's the fame that gave him the impression that he was too big to fail, which gave him the courage to shit on Jewish people on multiple shows. Maybe he's got a Messiah Complex and he believes his sacrifice will get others to open up about their hatred. Maybe Kim Kardashian messed with his mind.

Whatever the case or reasoning behind this hate filled tirades, he must take responsibility for them. This hatred for Jewish people is out in the open for all to see and hear. He has to live with the fact that he's openly admitted to being a racist. This isn't some Mel Gibson type incident either. Kanye went a few notches higher... and he was sober!

I could be totally wrong about this mental breakdown. I'm not in a position to diagnose him since I'm not a mental health professional nor do I know him personally. No of us can diagnose unless we meet with him as a professional, but a part of me sees there is something wrong with Kanye.

I hate celebrity gossip, but after witnessing this violent self-immolation these last few weeks, I hope that Kayne meets with professionals and that he comes to peace with whatever inner turmoil he's battling.

I hope that Kanye will be okay.

P.S. I still remember him as the guy who put out two of my favorite hip-pop albums "Late Registration" and "Graduation". I'm not defending this man's antics, but I want that Kanye back.
